General Expectations & Responsibilities
As a member of R2AC, you will have something to do every week. We understand that you may have other commitments; we expect you to be able to manage your time and clearly communicate to your lead if you need extensions. Please take this expectation into consideration when applying.
At R2AC, we operate with a leads system (similar to a project managerial system). Despite having the positions of leadership, our leads always want to hear from their members and your voice is always considered and highly valued. The R2AC platforms are large and we want all members to be able to make use of this.
Members have the responsibility to take initiative and promote R2AC events on their social media and to their friends and family.
Members are expected to always remain courteous and respectful of all members, both within the organization and in their everyday lives as representatives of the organization.
Members are expected to attend at least â…” 15-30 minute department meetings every month, and must attend the one hour all-hands meeting at the end of each month. Leads must attend a one hour meeting with the leads and board of directors every week.
